Benefits of Proxmox with Geetoo
Open platform
Proxmox VE is built on open technologies and supports a wide range of storage options. Subscriptions are based on the number of populated CPU sockets, regardless of core count or RAM capacity.
Flexibility
We deploy Proxmox VE on your premises or in Geetoo’s private cloud. We also assess whether your existing hardware can be used, taking compatibility and operational requirements into account.
Virtualization & containers
The platform combines KVM virtualization, LXC containers and centralized web management. Manage your virtual machines, storage and networks through a single interface.
Flexibility and resource scaling
We guide you through solution design and deployment. We provide documentation, train your team and deliver support and maintenance as agreed.
How can we help?
From design to full management.
Design and deployment
We design your cluster, network and storage to meet your performance and capacity requirements. We deploy Proxmox VE to support your applications and future growth. We also assess whether your existing hardware can be used.
Availability and backup
We design for high availability and select suitable storage, including Ceph or supported enterprise solutions. We configure backups to meet your requirements for restoring data and resuming operations.
Management and development
We provide documentation and train your team. We deliver operational support and regular maintenance within the agreed scope. We also help you develop your environment further.
Migrating from VMware?
Analysis
We assess your environment and design the target architecture and migration strategy.
Preparation
We prepare the cluster and validate the migration process and functionality using a representative selection of VMs.
Migration
We migrate your VMs and verify that they work as expected. We plan downtime based on the pilot results.
Support
We hand over the documentation and provide ongoing support as agreed.
Private cloud is ideal in a regulatory environment
The private cloud is best suited for companies and organizations that need to meet strict regulatory requirements and for those who have high demands on the hardware used.

Frequently asked questions about Geetoo Proxmox
What does service management include, and what am I responsible for?
Geetoo takes care of the smooth operation of your infrastructure. Our management covers the entire hardware stack and the Proxmox VE virtualization layer. We provide continuous monitoring, updates and hypervisor patching, and guarantee high availability. As a client, you have full administrative access to your virtual machines (VMs) and containers (LXC), where you manage the operating systems and applications yourself.
How do you ensure high availability (HA), and what service level agreement (SLA) do you offer?
We always build Geetoo Private Cloud as a multi-node cluster with full high availability (HA). In practice, if a physical server fails, your virtual machines immediately and automatically restart on the remaining operational nodes. This robust architecture, with no single point of failure, allows us to provide a contractual availability SLA of 99.99%.
Can I choose specific hardware, and how do you handle backups?
Yes. Your private cloud is fully dedicated to your needs, so you can specify the hardware configuration. We provide powerful Intel Xeon Scalable or AMD EPYC processors and tailor the RAM and storage capacity to your requirements. For maximum data protection, we offer two backup options: the proven Veeam Backup & Replication solution or Proxmox Backup Server (PBS), a purpose-built tool for fast, efficient incremental backups.
How does licensing work for Microsoft operating systems and applications?
You have two options for licensing Microsoft software in our cloud. You can use our SPLA (Services Provider License Agreement) program to rent the licenses you need, such as Windows Server or SQL Server, as part of your monthly billing. If you already own licenses that meet the licensing requirements for use in our cloud, you can bring them with you under the BYOL (Bring Your Own License) model.
