Original infrastructure
The original IT infrastructure consisted of a primary server with a backup server. Initially, about 4 – 5 workstations were connected to it. The company grew rapidly, and before migrating to the cloud, it had 50 employees across 8 locations. One IT technician managed all technical matters, with colleagues assisting with simpler tasks, such as printer setup.
