If you choose from pre-configured ethalons, the usual delivery time is around two working days from ordering. Individual server configurations range from 4 – 6 weeks from ordering. Add: The total service set-up time is based on the delivery dates of the individual components of the selected technologies from the suppliers.

Hardware and software, together with administration and support.

Dedicated servers, shared storage and shared networking elements. Licenses can be used on their own or consumed as a service.

You can choose from several predefined server benchmarks. If this hardware does not suit you, it can be individually supplied with other types of hardware.

We are able to provide you with a product even within a single physical server. However, high service availability is not guaranteed here. You must have at least 2 servers to meet the high availability requirements.

The limitation is only in terms of virtualization software. We do not limit you.

All CPUs are Intel Xeon Scalable series. Upon agreement, we are also able to offer you your specified CPU.

Yes, we are able to offer you a server with maximum operating memory according to the limits of the server platform.

Operational data is stored on full-flash disk storage divided into individual disk tiers.

Disk tiers are the different levels of storage provided depending on the IOPS performance.

You can choose between NL-SAS, SAS, Mixed and SSD.

Yes, each disk tier has its own set of IOPS limiting rules.

Yes. If necessary, it is possible to run the Geetoo Private Cloud service in your datacenter.

Yes, it is possible to individually extend the hardware elements.

We run the environment on our Geetoo cloud. We do not use the sites of global cloud providers for operations. The data is located in the Czech or Slovak Republic.

Physical servers are always dedicated only for you. Other hardware elements are shared, but can also be dedicated to you only by individual agreement.

Yes, if the customer orders a configuration including data backup (recommended).

Backups are normally made once a day and are kept for 14 days. This backup policy can be modified on request.

Veeam Backup & Replication software is used for data backup.

Yes, you can take care of backups, including data recovery, yourself. The Advanced external backup service must be purchased. In this case, the Veeam backup software console is installed directly in the customer’s virtual data center and is fully managed by the customer.

Yes, we can extend the service with additional computing power/​disk capacity upon request. Delivery time varies depending on the hardware supplied.

We offer the product in two management modes. The “hardware” package only takes care of the hardware provided, the operation of the DC, the availability of individual guests, etc. In the “hardware + virtualization” package, we also take care of the VMware virtualization platform. It is up to you what you choose.

The Geetoo Private Cloud service includes the pfSense Internet gateway providing a firewall service. Encrypted VPN connections can be terminated at this gateway. We are able to supply other firewall technology by prior agreement.

The basic connectivity provided is 100 Mbps. However, this connectivity can be increased up to the guaranteed 10 Gbps on request. Connectivity is always provided in redundant HA mode, where the individual branches are redundant. Active AntiDDoS is already included in the price of each connectivity.

As a standard, we enable the connection of e.g. to the customer’s MPLS networks at most operators in the Czech Republic. With prior agreement, we are able to terminate the connection using a physical device located in our DC.

The service and price includes infrastructure, location in a state-of-the-art data center, software of your choice and connectivity up to 10 Gbps.

Yes. The service can be booked for a longer period of time and thus achieve financial savings.

We offer Geetoo Private Cloud without any time in PAYG mode.

Yes, you get an additional discount with your subscription.

No. There is no charge for data transferred to and from the cloud.

No. There is no charge for IOPS consumed on disk arrays.

The price of the service includes a 100Mbps internet connection with active AntiDDoS protection. The transferred data is not charged.

We offer the pfSense or VMware NSX Edge firewall as a basic service (if you have purchased VMware licenses). The pfSense firewall is included in the price and there is no extra charge.

In our environment, we do not restrict the software we use, as long as it is obtained legally. Using a dedicated environment usually allows you to use your licenses without restrictions. Software manufacturers impose their own terms and conditions on end users of software (EULAs) and these are often not easy to understand. Therefore, if you are unsure about your licenses, our licensing specialist will be happy to advise you.

No, we are able to lease all necessary licenses to you on a monthly basis.

We provide VMware virtualization licenses, Veeam Backup & Replication backup licenses as standard. We can also supply Microsoft licenses from the SPLA licensing program. It always depends on the individual agreement on the delivery of Geetoo Private Cloud licenses.

As standard, we supply all licenses on a monthly rental basis and include them in the fees for the entire service.
